In this help we are going to show you how to send a request to our developers about new models which are not yet supported. If you are willing to send this request our team will know which models and functions are desired by you.

Using the Dev Support section you can send us unsupported models and features that you would like to see working, and supported in Chimera. The phone models and features you submit on this page, goes directly to our technicians and developers, and in many cases, they will work in the next Chimera release.

Step 1: Log-in to your account at

Step 2: Search for your device at the SUPPORTED MODELS and type in your MODEL NUMBER. Then click on GO TO DEV-SUPPORT.

Step 3: You can request your model or a feature to be added. If you want a model to be added you will have to fill in the first column, however if you want us to support a feature you will have to fill in the second column.

Step 4: In this final step you just have to click on REQUEST SUPPORT.

If you are done with these steps, our team will know that you would like to work on that model, and we will try to include your request in our following update.
