How to use the Paddle system for bank card payments

The solution offered by Paddle is actually very simple to use. It is integrated with our website. To assist you we are providing a few images and a guide to show how you can pay for products.

It is important to know that for the safety of our customers we have introduced an account verification process before making a purchase. During the process, you must enter a phone number to call a security number. Important information:

- the call is free

- Your call will not be answered by any of our colleagues, it is an authentication process, which means that as soon as the call has started, it will also be disconnected almost immediately.

- If for any reason you are unable to make a call, please contact our Support team.

- It is enough to authenticate the phone number once. You can buy directly from the ChimeraTool webshop with an authenticated account.

- If you do not want to authenticate your user account, we recommend our distributor network.

The following images show what the authentication process looks like:

After payment a window pops up in which you choose the country you are staying in to determine taxes and other parameters.

We can choose our preferred method of payment.

You enter your bank card data if payment with a bank card was chosen, then click on “Pay Now”.

And that’s all there is to it :)
